Ok so, Milirats a game me and @AlyphRat are working on, this is the Concept of how a SCOUT-RAT would look like, uniform, tools and what he mainly do all i did was post the drawning withoud the rest of the text, the Scout-Rat would be Quicker than the Avarage Pistol Rat, carry a revolver and a binocular, allowing near troops to shoot further since they can see the enemy further ahead
